- We love to take family road trips - Dave, Susan, Morgan, Kendra and Kody when he can go too. We collect state magnets so we know what states we have been to, so we can plan the next vacation. I (Susan, mostly) am going to (try to) use this to share our family adventures. Vacations, events, and such. So needless to say, there won't be daily entries, and maybe not even monthly, but I'll post something, along with pictures, from time to time. So, if you're so inclined, check back once in a while.

We're Soooo Sorry
I've been feeling really guilty lately. Friends of ours invited us over to play cards. We talked about it...never called back one way or the other. They even emailed me at work and asked if we got the message. Now I'm just way too embarrassed to even call, or email. So here I am on a public blog making a public apology. You know we love you! We are very sorry for not responding to your invitation. I hope maybe some day, it will come up again. If it's months, that's fine too. :(

Public apology?! This is such a riot. What have blogs and texting and email done to us?! And to think that Dave tried to play dumb today by saying he couldn't remember me calling.
(My eyes are closed and my hands are swooshing around my head)... I forsee, in your future, a big plate of rice crispie treats being delivered to my door step, groveling, and perhaps an offer to dogsit our 2 dogs on April 4th and 5th. Yes, that should be enough to prove your undying love to us. That, or nothing at all because you've already been forgiven for something that didn't need forgiveness. You crack me up Sue!
