Morgan went on her Oceanography field trip with school. She left Friday night at 10:30 PM, studied sea stuff all day Saturday, and some of Sunday and is due back in town in about an hour. From the phone calls we've had, she had a blast!
About 6 hours before Morgan left, Sue and Kendra went up to Prescott to Willow Springs Girl Scout Camp. We were Junior Naturalists and earned our Earth Connections badge. We hiked, we learned about the ecosystem, we learned how food/shelter/water can support only so many animals. We tie-dyed stuff! We made new friends, and were quite chilly - even around Saturday night's campfire.
Which left Dave and Kody home alone for the week end. All evidence of a true bachelor week end was cleaned up before I got home - except for the mess on my side of the bed. Apparently The Big Brown Dog decided Daddy would be lonely, so he slept on MY PILLOW! Good thing I was doing laundry anyway.
